Oh. My. Goodness… I am flying high as a kite this week after meeting up with Colleen Chesebro on Saturday!
I had been looking forward to meeting her in person ever since she mentioned she and her husband were moving to Colorado.
What an amazing day! It is so wonderful to have a writer and blogger friend within an easy drive and I don’t think we stopped talking the whole day. I am so energized, I feel like I have a rocket up my butt. 😀 The creative ideas are just flying and I feel more excited about my journey as a writer and also my own personal journey than I’ve felt in a very long time.
If you get a chance to meet up with an online writing friend, JUMP AT IT!
When we creative people get together, we are unstoppable and SO much more than the sum of our individual parts.
I can hardly wait to visit again. And, next time, I’m taking my jammies!

How exciting! A few years ago, I attended a conference in Santa Fe and a friend I’d met came to meet me. She did bring her pjs and it was awesome, as if we’d known one another forever. Such a gift to meet our virtual friends in real life.
